The Competitive Summary provides a summarized view of competitive insights, showing how your product performs against key competitors. It highlights top competitors, price positioning, and key strengths and weaknesses so you can identify your market standing.

Navigation :
User can Navigate to Competitive Summary from Competitors Menu.
Summary Overview :
This section provides a quick summary of competitive insights based on the selected display criteria, such as Count, Value, When Strongest, or When Evaluated.
Top Competitors: Displays the most frequent and strongest competitors, showing their share as a percentage and a count.
Your Price Position: Compares your pricing strategy with competitors, categorized as Higher, Similar, Lower, or Unknown.
Your Top Strengths and Weaknesses: Highlights the most common factors influencing wins (Strengths) and losses (Weaknesses), helping you identify key performance drivers.
Display Filters: The Display Filters section lets you customize how Battlecard data is presented. You can toggle between display options such as Count, Value, When Strongest, and When Evaluated.
Competitor View (Chart View):
This section provides detailed insights and comparison data for individual competitors based on the selected display filter (Count, Value, When Evaluated, or When Strongest).
- Search and Sort Options: Search for a specific competitor and sort results by criteria such as When Strongest (Most), helping you prioritize key competitors for review.

Competitor Details: Displays comprehensive information for each competitor, including:
Competitive History: Overview of the opportunity outcome history when competing with them.
Your Price Position vs Them: Overview of your price position versus them when they were the strongest competitor.
Their Strengths and Weaknesses: Most frequent strengths and weaknesses identified for them in buyer feedback.
Export Option: Download or share competitor data in Excel and CSV format.
Competitor View (List View):
The List View displays the same information as the Chart View, but in a detailed list format. You can toggle between Chart View and List View using the highlighted buttons.
Compare View :
The Compare section lets you visually analyze and compare performance metrics across multiple competitors. A bar chart represents outcomes using different color codes depending on the data being compared.
Key functionalities include:
Competitor Selection: Choose up to 20 competitors from the available list to include in the comparison view.
Compare By Options: Provides multiple comparison parameters such as Outcome, Price Position, Strengths, and Weaknesses.
Sort and Display Controls: Sort the comparison results by various metrics such as When Evaluated (Most $).
Export Option: Export the comparative data in Excel, CSV, PNG, JPG, and SVG formats.
Display Functionality: The Display dropdown filter lets you customize the comparison view by selecting specific outcome parameters, based on the tab selected under the comparison view. You can enable or disable any of these options to focus on relevant competitive outcomes.

- Additional Chart Options: This section provides additional chart interaction and export options that enhance data accessibility and usability.
Competitive History :
You can navigate to the Competitive History page in a few ways:
- Clickable competitor titles: Each competitor name (for example, Sistemic or Andem) is clickable and takes you to a detailed view.
- Menu options: You can also reach the Competitive History page through the menu.
When you click a competitor title, the Competitive History page opens in a new tab.

The Competitive History page provides a detailed summary of your organization's performance against competitors based on evaluated opportunities. It includes visual insights, key statistics, and a list of competitive outcomes to help you analyze win/loss trends.
Top Section Overview
Evaluated / Strongest / Revenue: Displays total evaluated deals, strongest opportunities, and total revenue generated.
Win and Loss Metrics: Shows win and loss percentages with corresponding revenue values.
Top Competitor Strength: Highlights the competitor's key advantage. In this example it is Presentation and Demonstration, occurring 13% of the time.
Top Competitor Weakness: Indicates areas where the competitor performs poorly, such as Ease of Use (18% of the time).
Competitive History :
Summary view -
The Summary View lists all evaluated accounts along with their competitive results:
- Account Details: Displays the customer name and outcome type (for example, Competitive Win, Loss, or New Business Loss).
- Value and Advantage: Shows the deal value and the calculated competitive advantage score.
- Price Position and Winnable Status: Indicates the relative price positioning and whether the deal was winnable.
- Products and Sales Rep: Lists the associated product(s) and the responsible sales representative.
- Publish Date: Specifies the date the record was added to the system.

Weaknesses :
Their Weaknesses page highlights the competitor’s key drawbacks as identified through buyer feedback and deal outcomes. It helps users understand where the competitor underperforms and how these weaknesses influence purchasing decisions.
