Single Sign-On for TruVoice

Overview of TruVoice™ from Corporate Visions

TruVoice from Corporate Visions is web-based software solution for administering and delivering research data for win loss analysis, customer experience, and other market research initiatives for your organization. It allows users to access in-depth analysis on interviews conducted with your buyers and customers by Corporate Visions.

Overview of Single Sign-On

Single sign-on (SSO) is a form of access control of two or more independent software systems. When SSO is enabled, a user can log in once to gain access to all of the connected software systems. In simple terms, SSO allows a person to use the same username and password for multiple sites.

Benefits of SSO

Single sign-on is focused around improving the user experience and security. Benefits you can expect from SSO are:

  • Reduced password fatigue
  • Reduced time to log in
  • Reduced administrative time to reset and assist with passwords
  • Utilization of your organization’s password protocols, allowing for security that matches your needs

For TruVoice, SSO has the added benefit of allowing you tighter control of who has access to your data. As employees leave your company, for example, once they are disabled from your company systems, they will no longer be able to access TruVoice. Without SSO, tighter management of your TruVoice user list is needed to ensure former employees are simultaneously disabled in TruVoice.

There is no additional charge for enabling single sign-on for your organization. Our aim is a simple user experience, starting with the sign-in process.

Single Sign-On & TruVoice

When SSO is enabled for TruVoice, users can use your company’s network credentials to log in to TruVoice. After entering the email address, TruVoice recognizes the user and then forwards the user to your company’s SSO page to log in. Users must first be set up within TruVoice, ensuring only employees given permission to access the TruVoice data are allowed to sign in.

Step 1

User goes to TruVoice sign-in page and enters their email address.

Step 2

TruVoice recognizes the email address is associated with a single sign-on client and routes the user to your organization’s authentication page.

Step 3

User logs in, is authenticated, and is routed back to TruVoice. (Your company’s sign-in page may look different.)
