This release targets key enhancements to enable gathering performance feedback on the Customer Success Great Eight skills, several other enhancements and bug fixes:

  • Enhancements
    • Added requirement for specifying a ‘To’ recipient for Automated Alerts
    • Added ‘Opportunity Type’ column to Sample module
    • Added interview engine support for Customer Success Great 8
    • Added CS Great 8 training content support
    • Added support for CS Great 8 to automated coaching alerts
    • Improved support for CS Great 8 in Competencies module
    • Optimized data loading for certain research pages
    • Some minor UI and UX improvements in several areas across TruVoice
  • Fixes
    • Fix for automated publish notification recipients being excluded from notification sends under certain conditions
    • Fix for missing Performance Feedback section in Widgets
    • Fix for activating new Products under certain conditions
    • Fix for certain questions not populating in the Survey under certain conditions
    • Fix for certain privacy settings not operating as expected
    • Fixed issue in handling certain Evaluated Vendor data
    • Fixed issue with exporting search query results in Search Feedback module
