- Criteria: A specific topic of interest in the survey for which respondents provide a rating
Navigation
When first adding the Criteria Frequency Dashlet to the dashboard it is required to select at least one criteria
The dashlet will then display the selected Criteria in terms of its impact in wins and losses and then performance against key competitors. To toggle to the other selected criteria, use the dropdown in the top right
Use Cases
- Monitoring your performance in a particular sales skill or product capability.
- Identifying tipping points, the performance levels needed to increase the probability of winning.
- Comparing performance against top three competitors in selected criteria.
