This release targets several enhancements in TruVoice, including several bug fixes:

  • Enhancements
    • Added ability to create Product Families in the Products module to enable filtering on Product Families throughout the rest of TruVoice
    • Added an AI-based Insight Assistant feature to assist in developing insight statements for insights identified in interviews
    • Added a new feature called "Performance Alerts" to our Automated Alerts module. Here's how it works: 
      • What are Performance Alerts? These alerts are automatically generated whenever we receive feedback that matches the specific criteria set for the Performance Alert.
      • Creating a Performance Monitor: Alongside each Performance Alert, we automatically create a Performance Monitor widget for the sales representative involved, but only if they don't already have one for those specific criteria. The Performance Monitor widget helps in tracking and improving a sales rep’s performance.
      • How does it help? The main goal of Performance Alerts is to identify areas where a sales rep might be falling short. When a performance gap is detected, the alert points users directly to the Performance Monitor widget for that sales rep. This way, both the rep and their managers can quickly see where improvements are needed and take action.
      • This new feature ensures that performance issues are promptly identified and addressed, helping your sales team to stay on top of their goals.
    • Various UI improvements to Widgets, including Widget filter functionality
    • Updated Battlecards to restrict calculated data to when the competitor was identified as the Strongest Competitor (excluding when they were evaluated, but not the strongest competitor)
    • Updated the data displayed in the first panel of a competitor’s battlecard to display price position and competitor frequency data
    • Updated Criterion Feedback view in the Performance module to include open-end responses for Great 8 criteria
    • Add ability to use TruVoice custom email fields in CC/BCC recipient fields to allow dynamic recipients of feedback request emails (incorrectly reported as being released in last release notes)
  •  Fixes
    • Fixed render issue in Reasons For Winning/Losing when a filter for a specific outcome is applied
    • Fixed issue with custom email fields breaking the Feedback Profiles grid
    • Fixed Widget font issues
    • Fixed issue with interview recording playback in Profile View
    • Fixed issue with searches not executing properly in Search Feedback
    • Fixed issue with pivot mode in Feedback Profiles grid
    • Fixed issue with viewing linked evidence in certain areas
    • Fixed issue with the NPS tile not calculating correctly in the Competencies module
