This release targets several enhancements in TruVoice, including several bug fixes:

• Enhancements
  • Improved calculation for determining “Best in class” user in Competencies. Only active users with the sales rep role will be considered in the calculation for “Best in Class” for a competency.
  • Improved clarity and content of Sample Loader help texts
  • Improved Sample Loader’s handling of all date fields to capture full date data and phone fields now include enhanced validation to allow extensions as part of the phone field data
  • Updated Performance tab in Profile View to include zero-gap ratings
  • Updated key info tiles in Profile View to hide the tile if no data is available; improved clarity and content of associated help texts
  • Updated the Competencies module to include “Pending” outcome types
• Fixes
  • Fixed issue with main Overview page occurring persistently under certain conditions
  • Fixed issue with drag to upload and column mapping in Sample Loader
  • Fixed issue with GONG tab loading in Profile View under certain conditions
  • Fixed positioning and anonymization of recording player in Profile View
  • Fixed issue with the feedback summary counts for the the Performance Monitor widget
  • Fixed issue with the performance alert being sent twice
  • Fixed issue with the button logic for the performance alerts
  • Fixed issue with performance alerts not being sent with partial criteria coverage
  • Fixed issue with quick filter dates when applied to widgets
