Dashlet : Buying Trigger Events

What is it?

The Buying Trigger Events dashlet provides valuable insights into the needs or problems that trigger a buyer to consider your product. By surveying buyers on the problems they aim to solve, this dashlet maps problems and decision criteria driving purchase decisions with the frequency of buyers identifying these challenges and needs.

Glossary

  • Dashlet: A self-contained data visualization that is accessible on the homepage dashboard of TruVoice.
  • Buying Trigger Events: Circumstances, such as needs or problems, that drive potential buyers to evaluate a particular product or solution.
  • Top Decision Criteria: The most significant two factors or criteria that influence a buyer's decision-making process, determined through surveys and feedback analysis.

Key Benefit

By surveying buyers on the problems they aim to solve, the module generates valuable insights into the top decision criteria driving purchase decisions. Leveraging data from Outcome Reasons > Decision Drivers, it identifies the most frequently cited criteria, presenting them as a percentage of buyers providing feedback.

Navigation

The Buying Trigger Events dashlet is found on the Role-based Dashboard homepage, if prescribed to that role, or manually added. Users cannot add the dashlet to their dashboard without first selecting a product to examine.

The Buying Trigger Events dashlet shows the Top Decision Criteria against Need or Problem with the ability to select multiple products, users can seamlessly toggle between them within a single dashlet.

Note: Percentages don’t add up to 100 because the survey question invites buyers to identify multiple needs or challenges they are trying to solve for with a given product.
