What is it?

The Published Profiles dashlet within TruVoice is a feature designed to provide users with real-time monitoring capabilities for feedback received. It functions as a feed that displays incoming feedback without any filters applied, showcasing feedback entries in chronological order with the most recent at the top.

Navigation

Users can access Published Profiles within TruVoice by navigating to the designated dashboard within the platform. Once accessed, users can utilize the dashlet to view incoming feedback entries, apply filters, and navigate to specific profiles or feedback details as needed. By default the profiles will be displayed chronologically subject to any filters.
