Feedback Types Dashlet
A dashboard widget that visualizes different feedback collection methods such as Surveys, Phone Interviews, and Combined (Survey + Phone). -
Feedback Profiles
Total number of feedback entries captured across all feedback types. -
Attempted
Number of times a feedback request was initiated. -
Success
Number of successfully completed feedback responses. -
Success Rate
Percentage of successful responses out of total attempts for each feedback type. -
Donut Chart
A circular visualization used to show the proportional distribution of feedback types. -
Dashlet Width & Height
Configuration settings that control how much space the dashlet occupies across devices (Mobile, Desktop, Large Desktop). -
Filters
Options to refine the displayed data based on selected criteria.

Navigation
The Feedback Types dashlet is a feature that is accessed on the homepage of TruVoice—the Role-Based Dashboards—if prescribed a relevant role. It can also be manually added by any user that is interested in tracking this data.
Feedback Types shows the count and percentage of published profiles that contain Survey data, Phone Interview data, or both. The dashlet provides the ability to quickly toggle between common time periods of interest, including the most recent 1 month, 6 months,1 year, or All Time. The dashlet has two chart options: "Donut", which is the default, or "Success Rate."
Chart Types
The Feedback Types Dashlet supports the following chart types to visualize feedback data:
1. Donut Chart
- Displays the distribution of feedback types (e.g., Surveys, Phone Interviews, Survey + Phone).
- Each segment represents a feedback category.
- The center shows the total number of feedback profiles.
- Best used for quick comparison of proportions across feedback types.
2. Success Rate
- Displays the performance of each feedback type based on success percentage.
- Shows:
- Attempted
- Success
- Success Rate (%)
- Often represented using gauges or percentage indicators.
- Best used for analyzing effectiveness of each feedback method.
