This article relays information about the updates we are working on for TruVoice, as well as updates that have recently been released. We will be updating this periodically to highlight key features or changes that are coming soon, so be sure to check back often!
Recently Launched:
- Global Filters for Dashboard
- While filters can be applied to individual Dashlets, sometimes users need to filter all Dashlets at once to accomplish certain tasks. Global Filters will address this need by allowing users to apply a filter to the whole dashboard, overriding the individual Dashlet-level filters.
- The override of Dashlet-level filters will be temporary. Once the Global Filter is cleared, the Dashlet-level filters resume so users can retain a targeted dashboard while having the option to "re-filter" everything as needed without having to change the individual Dashlet filters each time.

Coming Soon:
- AI-driven Automated Insights Beta
- Clients will soon be able to opt into the Beta phase of AI-driven Automated Insights as a replacement for the current Automated Insights engine, enabling more accurate and content-aware insights for survey responses.
- Clients will also be able to opt into having the AI-driven insights process previous surveys that were analyzed with the legacy Automated Insights engine to obtain the same higher-quality content-aware insights for existing surveys as well as new surveys going forward.
- Ask TruVoice
- The highly anticipated AI-driven Ask TruVoice feature is nearing completion, bringing the power of natural language processing together with over 20 years of feedback and analysis data for users to be able to ask questions about their own data and obtain accurate responses.
- The feature will also later be expanded to integrate into the TruVoice Help Center content, enabling users to not only answer complex questions about their data, but also get immediate help with TruVoice features, such as what exactly certain things are, or how certain numbers are derived.
- Quote Organizer
- This is a new module intended to replace the existing Search Feedback module, bringing an improved, AI-driven mechanism for searching for specific response content across all responses and providing functionality for saving specific quotes relevant to a report or targeted aggregation you might be working on. This will also be coupled with a new Dashlet that brings saved quotes forward for ease of reference later on.
- Exports
- The primary Export module will soon be upgraded to match current UI standards with both simplified and expanded capabilities. This upgrade is also intended to reduce processing time, enabling users to get into the raw data faster to work on whatever project they need the data for and complete those types of projects in less time.
- User Management
- This is a full module replacement for Users & Groups, and also combines several other user-related modules into a singular place to manage everything related to the user experience in TruVoice. More information and training content will become available when this module is closer to being released.
- Survey Builder
- This is a new module in development aimed at placing control over survey questions directly in clients' hands to facilitate making desired changes to questions faster and more efficient than the present workflows. Notes and Action Items from the Feedback Simulator will be integrated into this module to enable seamless collaboration between stakeholders and research leaders responsible for making changes to the questions. More information and training content will become available when this module is closer to being released.
