This release includes several smaller enhancements and bugfixes throughout TruVoice:
Enhancements:
- Implemented several enhancements to the Sample Loader Module
- Enabled the Opportunity Value field to accept “$” and “,” in its field.
- Added support to allow the Sales Rep columns to accept a numerical value
- Added support for loading contact names with a single name field instead of separated first & last names
- Added new deduplication logic to validate if a contact already exists for a client program
- Added a dynamic mapping option to several columns:
- Product column
- Outcome column
- Qualifying question columns
- Added a new feature to apply the Research Type for all opportunity contacts
- Implemented several enhancements to Automated Alerts:
- Added capability to send email alerts to emails specified in the custom email field
- Added the ability to configure alert header fields in the emailed alert
- Updated the logic to display open-end feedback responses when based on character limit
- Added the ability to edit the Performance and Org Average labels
- Added new settings option to display/hide the Best in Class section
- Implemented several enhancements to the Sample Status module
- Added metric for emails that are “Bounced”. An email would be considered bounce if any of the following situations occur in the sending
- Invalid Email
- Email is flagged as spam or is blocked by the user, mailbox, etc.
- Email is unable to be delivered (due to full mailbox, lack of disk space, account disabled, quota exceeded)
- Mailbox or User cannot be found
- Updated the logic for the ‘Never Opened’ and ‘Opened’ metric to factor in the new Bounced enhancement
- Added tooltips to existing metrics
- Updated the 'Phone Interview Approval Queue' panel to display a pop-up modal for contacts from each category when selected
- Added metric for emails that are “Bounced”. An email would be considered bounce if any of the following situations occur in the sending
- Products: Added logic for when a product is set to “Active” for a program, to link all enabled criteria options
- Updated certain default settings to improve onboarding efficiency
- Implemented a Summary view for Driver Insights
- Added an ‘Overall’ metric to the Driver Insights Chart view, accompanied by a column for the Importance Score for improved comparison of the most important drivers
- Revised UI for sharing Custom Dashboards and added ability to assign a recipient as a collaborator, allowing such recipients to make changes to the shared dashboard besides the owner
- Added an enhancement to automatically create display conditions for new products in Questions & Outlines
- Added a sort by option for the open-end question types in the Responses module
Fixes:
- Fixed jump links from the decision drivers & reasons dashlets to take the user to the correct page
- Fixed an issue that caused the Profile view and Notes pages to fail under certain conditions
- Fixed an issue within Driver Insights exports pertaining to impact selection
- Fixed an issue causing Org settings to not be properly saved for a new client
- Fixed display issues within the Org Settings pages involving the branding and CIP selectors
- Fixed an issue causing Best In Class names in Automated Alerts to appear twice
- Resolved an issue causing data restrictions not to be respected in certain areas under certain conditions
- Various fixes to the Login page and SSO
- Fixed an issue with viewing different outlines in Feedback Simulator
- Fixed an issue with users being able to access Sample Status with the correct rights assigned
- Fixed an issue with users being unable to attach a file in the profile view
- Fixed an issue with adding notes or action items in Feedback Simulator
