How to Change Sort Order

Search Precision Slider

The Search Precision Slider allows you to control how strictly the AI interprets your search terms when matching buyer feedback. This adjustment determines the balance between the number of results you receive and their strict relevance to your input.

  • Function: When you search using a sentence or term, the Quotes Organizer uses AI to return a list of summarized buyer feedback. The slider changes how closely related the search term and the returned results must be.
  • Low Precision Setting (Less Strict):
    • Effect: Yields more results.
    • Trade-off: These results may be less closely related to the exact search term you entered.
  • High Precision Setting (More Strict):
    • Effect: Yields fewer results.
    • Benefit: These results should be more closely related to the specific search term.
  •  Adjust this setting based on your search needs—use a lower setting for broader exploration and a higher setting for highly specific matches.

Create Quote:

A user can create quote  in one of two ways.

  • Click the New Quote button for the corresponding row of feedback you want to save. Which will bring up the pop up modal, where you can select a category to save the quote to, then click the Create Quote button. This will save the entire quote given in the buyer feedback search.
  • Highlighting a specific portion of text from the feedback and clicking the New Quote button. This will follow the same process as saving an entire feedback entry, but the saved quote will contain only what you highlighted.
