With TruVoice's near real-time flow of buyer feedback, integration with Highspot Assessments provides an unparalleled perspective of a sales rep's performance. Leveraging an API connection, customers who have both Highspot and TruVoice can integrate their buyer feedback into Highspot Buyer Feedback Assessments.
This integration allows customers to map Sales Performance (aka The Great 8), Solution Performance, and other TruVoice criteria to their corresponding Highspot Skills. When a new buyer feedback profile is published in TruVoice, insights can be immediately pushed into Highspot Buyer Feedback Assessments based on the mapped skills, resulting in Assessments that are accurate to within just a few days of a rep's current performance. In today's fast-paced sales environment, as reps rush from one deal to the next, this provides invaluable "just-in-time" information they can leverage in their very next deal to do better and win more.
Once the integration is set up, a historical pull of data can be executed to populate Assessments with data from previous deals. Customers can then choose whether they'd like to manually push data into the Assessments on a periodic cadence, such as monthly or quarterly, or turn on the option to push new data into the Assessments as soon as it is published in TruVoice (recommended).
This integration is only available for Highspot customers with a Revenue Enablement Platform E3 license and the Platform+ Add-on.

Configuration:
- Configuration of the TruVoice/Highspot integration is done via the Organization Settings page, under
Integrations.
- To get started, you will need to work with your Highspot Admin to obtain an Access Key and Access Key Secret for your Highspot instance. Click here for guidance on this
- Once you have entered your Access Key and Secret, select
Refresh Highspot Skillsunder the Skill Mapping section. - Once the refresh completes, you’ll see the list of Highspot Skills that have been defined for your instance and can begin mapping them to the corresponding TruVoice Criteria.
- Once all Skill Mapping is complete, toggle the Sync Frequency to
Manualand click the “Sync Data” button to initiate the initial sync to push feedback for the mapped Skills into your Highspot instance. - After the initial sync is complete, you can toggle the Sync Frequency back to
On Publishwhich will push new feedback into Highspot Assessments automatically whenever a new Feedback Profile is published. Alternatively, if you’d like to retain more control over when new content is pushed into the Assessments, you can leave the Frequency set to Manual and periodically come back to this page to click “Sync Data” when desired, such as monthly or quarterly.
