This release includes several major enhancements to the end-user experience throughout TruVoice.

 

User Management

This is a full replacement for what was formerly Users & Groups. It provides a modernized and streamlined interface for the key functions that relate to how an admin manages their users’ access and tracks user engagement throughout the system by bringing several other modules into one place.

Some key highlights include:

  • Optimized workflow for editing a user’s details or group’s configuration
  • Improved visibility to the permissions a user has inherited via Group membership
  • Improved visibility into the exact profile data for which a user has been given access, which can also be automatically managed via Group membership (user-level automation coming soon)
  • Simplified handling of profile publish notification subscriptions, including the ability to send notifications conditionally, eliminating the need for managing subscribers with the templates or via a separate Subscribers module
  • Implementation of an interactive, visual representation of Team hierarchies, which eliminates the previous Sales Teams module
  • Improved charting of user activities, including a new Activity Over Time view for monitoring ongoing user engagement, which eliminates the previous User Activity module

Quote Organizer

The Quote Organizer module is a new, AI-enabled, robust search feature that replaces the previous Search Feedback module. Leveraging a proprietary AI model, the new Quote Organizer module enables users to more efficiently search for specific quotes from buyers across all published feedback. From the search results, users can save and tag quotes of interest as well as view their saved quotes in a new companion Dashlet on the Dashboard, making it easier than ever for users to compile meaningful quotes, whether it's a manager building a trend report, a seller preparing for their next sales presentation, or a product leader assessing which features are and aren't resonating with customers.

Discovery Sessions

All components of the Discovery Session process have been upgraded and rehoused within the Profile View itself, making it easier to connect buyer feedback with seller feedback to gain a full 360 degree view of what transpired in a given opportunity. Users can easily request a Discovery Session for any opportunity, and admins can easily approve Discoveries for any opportunity, with progress indicators visible to inform when the Discovery Session process gets underway.
