To begin the collection and analysis of your buyer feedback, you’ll want to decide which deals you’d like analyzed within your program. Your dedicated Customer Success Manager and Implementation Specialist will assist you in determining the right criteria.

 

Technical Set Up
You'll work with your implementation manager to ensure the technical implementation of TruVoice goes smoothly. During this time, we'll walk you through your interview guide set up, domain authorization, and other key elements that are crucial to the success of your program.

 

Create Excitement
You'll learn how to socialize your program with your leadership team and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure everyone understands the benefits and purpose of your program. Launch
Before going live, we'll confirm and verify that your program has been set up to your organization's specifications. Once verification is complete, your program will launch and you'll see buyer insights as soon as your first feedback request is completed.
