This release includes several enhancements and bug fixes for TruVoice:

• Enhancements
  • Survey Builder:
    • Added in a loading icon and message when creating new outline.
    • Added the ‘AI definition’ field to Trigger Events and Desired Results.
  • Dashboard:
    • Updated custom dashboard sharing interface to improve intuitiveness
  • User Management:
    • Added ability to select a custom timeframe for viewing user activity history
    • Added ability to bulk-update user email addresses
  • General:
    • Added a one-time prompt for users to opt into receiving TruVoice Product marketing emails/updates

  • Fixed an issue with the cursor resetting in text input fields.
  • Fixed a UI issue in the ‘Automated Alerts’ grid not fully displaying the options column.
  • Fixed an issue with in ‘Feedback Profiles’ with the search bar not clearing the results when selecting the clear button.
  • Fixed an issue with the Products module not creating display conditions when linking a competitor.
  • Resolved an issue causing Team-based filters not to return the expected output
  • Fixed an issue preventing certain profiles from being published under certain circumstances
  • Resolved an issue preventing some users from accessing the Responses module under certain circumstances
  • Fixed an issue with the Quotes Organizer returning the same results regardless of the search term entered for a program

    • Fixed an issue with the browser freezing when certain questions are selected.
    • Fixed an issue with the ‘Max Responses’ question option not working correctly.
    • Fixed an issue with [answer] tokens not saving the selected question in the configuration options.
    • Fixed an issue with an error messaging appearing when attempting to create a blank outline.
    • Fixed an issue with the language selector not appearing when adding different languages to the outline.
    • Fixed an issue with the ‘Interview Eligible’ identifier not appearing for non-VOB programs.
