Feature Overview
The Sync Settings setup enables administrators to control which CRM objects and custom fields are synchronized to TruSales. This centralized data management system ensures that only relevant CRM data is imported, optimizing performance and providing flexibility for organizations to customize their data integration based on specific business needs and reporting requirements.
How It Works
The Sync Settings interface displays a comprehensive table of all CRM objects currently synced to TruSales, including both system-defined objects (marked with a star icon) and custom objects added by administrators. Each object entry shows its display label and API name, with links to detailed field configuration pages.
When selecting an object, administrators access a detailed field management interface displaying all available custom fields for that CRM object. Fields can be toggled on or off for synchronization, with system-required fields automatically enabled and protected from changes. The interface includes search functionality, export capabilities, and real-time validation to ensure data integrity.
Sync frequency can be configured to control how often data synchronization occurs, with options ranging from daily to weekly intervals. Administrators can also initiate manual sync operations and add new custom objects to expand data integration capabilities.
