Feature Overview

The Opportunity Amount Integration setup enables administrators to configure which CRM fields are used to calculate opportunity amounts in TruSales. This flexible mapping system allows organizations to define how opportunity values are determined by selecting specific currency, number, or formula fields from their CRM system. This includes the ability to configure different field combinations for different sales stages and sum multiple fields when needed.

How It Works

The interface displays a comprehensive table of available CRM fields that can be used for amount calculations, including currency, number, and formula field types. Administrators can select a sales stage and then toggle which fields should be included in the amount calculation for that stage. When multiple fields are selected for a stage, TruSales automatically sums their values to determine the total opportunity amount.
