Feature Overview

The Account Size Annual Revenue setup enables administrators to define which currency or numeric field from the Account object in your CRM instance is used to determine account size based on annual revenue. This critical mapping ensures that accounts are properly categorized by revenue size, supporting accurate segmentation, reporting, and analysis throughout the TruSales platform.

How It Works

The interface displays a comprehensive table of available currency and numeric fields from the Account object in your CRM system. Administrators can select one field to designate as the annual revenue field using a radio button interface. The standard Annual Revenue CRM field is automatically included as the default option when available.

When a field is selected and saved, TruSales synchronizes the annual revenue data across all accounts, enabling proper account size categorization and filtering.

  • For Admins: Configure the correct annual revenue field when the standard CRM AnnualRevenue field doesn't reflect organizational revenue tracking, ensuring accurate account size categorization and reporting.
