The Feedback Request Reminder Emails setup enables administrators to configure automated email reminders that encourage sales representatives to submit feedback requests for qualified opportunities or accounts. This feature helps improve feedback collection rates by sending timely, personalized reminders based on configurable schedules and trigger conditions, helping ensure comprehensive customer feedback data for win/loss analysis and customer experience insights
How It Works
The Reminder Emails system operates through configurable automation groups that define when and how reminder emails are sent. Administrators create separate reminder email configurations for opportunities(win/loss feedback) and accounts (customer experience feedback), with each configuration supporting multiple reminder email templates that can be created and prioritized through drag-and-drop reordering. System default groups are available but cannot be deleted, while custom groups provide full administrative control over reminder strategies.
Reminder emails are sent automatically once per day based on the configured schedule and trigger conditions, with the system evaluating all qualified opportunities and accounts to send appropriate reminders to the designated recipients. The system uses smart qualification logic to ensure that only opportunities and accounts that meet ALL specified trigger conditions receive reminders, preventing unnecessary email volume while ensuring comprehensive coverage of eligible prospects and customers

- For Admins: Create, delete, and duplicate reminder email templates that automatically notify sales representatives about pending feedback requests for qualified opportunities and accounts. Configure multiple reminder groups with different schedules and prioritization to optimize feedback collection rates across various business segments.
