Feature Overview

The Feedback Request Summary Emails setup enables administrators to configure automated email notifications that provide comprehensive summaries when feedback requests are submitted for opportunities or accounts. This feature keeps stakeholders informed about feedback collection activities, providing visibility into submission status and supporting better coordination across sales and customer success teams.

How It Works

The Summary Emails system operates through configurable automation groups that define when and how summary emails are sent. Administrators create separate summary email configurations for opportunities and accounts, with each configuration supporting multiple summary email templates that can be created and prioritized through drag-and-drop reordering. System default groups are available but cannot be deleted, while custom groups provide full administrative control over notification strategies.

Summary emails are sent automatically when contacts are submitted for feedback requests, providing immediate notification of feedback collection activities to designated stakeholders. Organizations can configure whether to allow multiple summary emails per opportunity, supporting different communication cadences for various business scenarios and ensuring that all relevant team members stay informed about feedback submission status.
