The Feedback Request Termination Alerts setup enable administrators to configure automated email notifications that inform stakeholders when sales representatives terminate outreach activities for contacts. This feature provides visibility into discontinued customer interactions, supporting better coordination and follow-up strategies across sales and customer success teams.
How It Works
The Termination Alerts system operates through configurable automation groups that define when and how termination alert emails are sent. Administrators create separate termination alert configurations for opportunities and accounts, with each configuration supporting multiple termination alert templates that can be created and prioritized through drag-and-drop reordering. System default groups are available but cannot be deleted, while custom groups provide full administrative control over alert strategies.
Termination alerts are sent automatically when sales representatives terminate outreach for one or more contacts, providing immediate notification of discontinued customer interactions to designated stakeholders. The system provides comprehensive coverage by sending alerts for any termination action, ensuring stakeholders are informed about changes in customer outreach status and can coordinate appropriate follow-up strategies.
