Feature Overview
The Feedback Request Exclusion Alerts setup enables administrators to configure automated email notifications that inform stakeholders when sales representatives exclude opportunities from feedback requests. This feature provides visibility into feedback exclusion activities, supporting better coordination and understanding of why specific opportunities are not being surveyed for customer feedback.
How It Works
The Exclusion Alerts system operates through configurable automation groups that define when and how exclusion alert emails are sent. Administrators create separate exclusion alert configurations for opportunities, with each configuration supporting multiple exclusion alert templates that can be created and prioritized through drag-and-drop reordering. System default groups are available but cannot be deleted, while custom groups provide full administrative control over alert strategies.
Exclusion alerts are sent automatically when sales representatives exclude opportunities from feedback requests, providing immediate notification of exclusion activities to designated stakeholders. The system provides comprehensive coverage by sending alerts for any opportunity exclusion, ensuring stakeholders are informed about changes in feedback collection scope and can understand why specific opportunities are not being surveyed for customer feedback.
Use Cases
- For Admins: Create, delete, and duplicate exclusion alert templates that automatically notify stakeholders when sales representatives exclude opportunities from feedback requests.
