Feature Overview

The Users Feedback Request setup enables administrators to control feedback request automation access and email authorization on a per-user basis. This granular user management allows organizations to selectively enable feedback collection features for specific team members while maintaining control over email signatures and automation permissions.

How It Works

The Users interface displays a comprehensive table of all organization users with controls for managing their feedback request capabilities. Each user entry shows their name, email, status, and available management options.

Feedback Request Control: A toggle column allows administrators to enable or disable feedback request automations for individual users. When disabled, the user will not trigger any automated feedback collection processes, providing fine-grained control over who can initiate feedback requests.

Email Authorization: The email signatures column displays each user's email authorization status and allows management of email signatures used in feedback request communications. This ensures that feedback emails are sent with proper branding and authorization.

The interface includes status filtering to help administrators focus on active users, and provides clear visual indicators for user status (active/inactive) and feedback request permissions.

  • For Admins: Control which sales representatives can trigger feedback request automations, ensuring only authorized users can initiate customer feedback collection while maintaining organizational compliance and data governance standards.
