Feature Overview

The Do Not Contact Fields setup allows administrators to configure specific contact fields and their values that should prevent contacts from being included in feedback requests. This ensures compliance with privacy preferences and business rules by automatically excluding contacts who have indicated they should not be contacted or who meet other exclusion criteria.

How It Works

Administrators can select contact fields from their CRM system and specify values that indicate a contact should be excluded from feedback requests. When TruSales processes contacts for feedback submission, it checks these configured fields and values. Contacts matching any of the specified criteria are automatically filtered out and will not receive feedback requests, helping maintain compliance and respect contact preferences. The configuration panel surfaces accessible CRM fields with real-time validation, provides visual badges for active rules, and supports quick edits so teams can adjust exclusions without disrupting ongoing programs.
