The TruVoice Field Mapping setup enables administrators to connect account-based and opportunity-based CRM fields with TruVoice data fields ensuring seamless data synchronization between systems.

How It Works

Users can create field mappings between their CRM system fields and corresponding TruVoice fields. The interface provides a grid view of existing mappings with options to add new mappings, edit value mappings for picklist fields, and delete unnecessary mappings. For picklist and multi-picklist fields, administrators can map specific CRM values to TruVoice values, ensuring data consistency across systems. Real-time field accessibility checks, grouped views by data source, and inline value mapping editors make it easy to spot gaps and keep integrations synchronized.

• Add New Mapping Process:
  1. Select CRM Field: Choose a field from your CRM system using the field search interface, which validates field accessibility and type compatibility.
  2. Select TruVoice Field: Browse and select from compatible TruVoice fields that match the selected CRM field type, organized by client and program for multi-client setups.
  3. Confirm Mapping: Review the selected fields and submit to create the mapping, with automatic validation to ensure data type compatibility.

Use Cases

• For Admins: Establish standardized field mappings to ensure consistent data flow between CRM and TruVoice systems, and configure complex value mappings for picklist fields to handle data transformation requirements, maintain data integrity, and support accurate reporting and analysis.
