Feature Overview
The TruVoice Products setup enables administrators to map TruSales products to TruVoice products for feedback programs. This mapping ensures that when opportunities are submitted for feedback, the correct products are associated with the feedback requests, enabling accurate analysis and reporting across win loss and customer experience programs.
How It Works
The system provides flexible product mapping options through toggle controls and an interactive grid interface. Administrators can choose between individual product mapping (allowing different products per opportunity) or unified mapping (using the same products for all opportunities). The interface displays TruSales products on the left and provides dropdown selections for each TruVoice program to establish mappings while search, filter, and export utilities help teams manage large catalogs, and inline help text guides configuration decisions.
