Feature Overview
The Language Settings setup enables administrators to configure language mappings for feedback requests based on CRM field values. This feature allows organizations to automatically assign appropriate languages to feedback surveys by mapping CRM field values to specific language codes, ensuring that feedback requests are delivered in the recipient's preferred language.
How It Works
The system provides a two-tab interface for opportunity-based and account-based language mappings. Administrators can create new language mapping configurations by selecting CRM fields and defining value-to-language mappings. The interface supports drag-and-drop reordering of mappings, field validation, and real-time accessibility checks. Each mapping can be edited individually to configure specific language assignments for different field values, with clear error messaging and search tools to accelerate updates across large field catalogs.
Use Cases
- For Admins: Set up automated language assignment for feedback requests based on customer data and maintain consistent language assignment logic across different customer segments and regions.
- For Sales Managers: Configure language mappings for international customers to improve response rates and user experience.
- For Compliance Teams: Ensure feedback requests comply with language preferences and accessibility requirements.
