Feature Overview

The Leaderboard Settings setup enables administrators to configure performance thresholds for the sales team leaderboard system by defining what constitutes underperformance in feedback collection activities. This helps identify sales representatives who may need additional coaching or support to improve their feedback completion rates.

How It Works

The system provides a simple configuration for the Naughty List Percent Threshold: A percentage value (0-100) that determines when sales representatives appear on the "Naughty List" in the leaderboard. Sales rep with feedback completion rates below this threshold are flagged for attention, enabling managers to provide targeted coaching and support. The interface displays contextual guidance beside the threshold control, autosaves changes, and provides confirmation when updates are applied
