Feature Overview
The Feedback Module Settings setup enables administrators to customize the display and functionality of the feedback module in TruSales. This includes configuring what information appears in opportunity and account cards, controlling the order and visibility of fields, and managing user permissions for various feedback-related actions. These settings ensure the feedback module presents relevant data and provides appropriate capabilities based on organizational needs and user roles.
How It Works
The settings page is organized into two main tabs for Opportunity Cards and Account Cards, each allowing granular control over data presentation. Administrators can drag and drop to reorder fields, toggle field visibility, add custom fields from the CRM sync settings, and reset configurations to defaults. A dedicated settings panel provides toggles for controlling user permissions and behaviors, such as email editing capabilities, contact management options, and feedback request restrictions. Changes are applied immediately with visual feedback, and the interface includes helpful tooltips and validation to guide configuration decisions.
- Card Configuration Process:
- Select Tab: Choose between Opportunity Cards or Account Cards to configure the respective data display
- Reorder Fields: Drag and drop fields to arrange them in the desired order for optimal workflow
- Toggle Visibility: Show or hide specific fields based on relevance to different user roles
- Add Custom Fields: Include additional CRM fields by linking to sync settings if needed
- Reset if Required: Use the reset option to restore default field configurations
- Permission Settings:
- Include Open Opportunities: Controls whether open (in-progress) opportunities are displayed in the feedback module alongside closed opportunities
