The Sales Management Settings setup enables administrators to configure key sales-related features for their organization that support sales performance management, team hierarchy establishment, and goal-driven sales, including the ability to enable annual sales goals tracking and enforce sales manager selection for sales representatives.
How It Works
The system provides a streamlined configuration panel with two primary settings that control sales management behaviors:
- Enable Annual Sales Goals: A toggle switch that activates sales goal tracking capabilities across the organization. When enabled, team management interfaces display sales goal configuration options, allowing managers to set and track annual sales targets for their teams. This setting integrates with team structures to provide goal visibility and progress monitoring.
- Team Management Interface: A module in TruSales where sales managers configure teams, assign members, set annual sales goals, and monitor performance metrics.
- Enable Forced Sales Manager Selection for Sales Reps: A toggle that requires sales representatives to have a designated sales manager assigned. When enabled, the system enforces manager selection during user onboarding and team assignments, ensuring clear reporting hierarchies and accountability structures. This setting helps maintain organized sales teams and supports performance management workflows.
- Changes are applied immediately with visual feedback, and the interface includes clear toggle switches with enabled/disabled states for easy configuration management.
