Feature Overview
The Progress Dashboard provides comprehensive tracking of automation campaign progress through an intuitive dashboard with metrics and performance indicators. Users can select from configured feedback request automations and monitor progress statistics including request rates, response rates, and completion percentages across their campaigns. This gives teams visibility into their feedback collection pipeline and helps optimize outreach performance.
How It Works
The Progress Dashboard features multiple charts that show detailed resource-level feedback progress breakdowns by team member, resource type, reminder status, and contact engagement levels. Users can track campaign performance over customizable date ranges using flexible date controls and an automation selector that allows switching between different campaign views, helping teams identify bottlenecks and optimize their feedback collection processes. The advanced search form supports granular resource filtering with complex logical operations and saved filter sets, enabling precise campaign performance tracking for teams. All charts feature interactive elements with clickable counts that link to filtered resource views, enabling users to seamlessly navigate from high-level analytics to detailed opportunity or account listings. The system maintains consistent filtering and search capabilities across all sections, allowing users to apply complex criteria and maintain context as they explore different analytical perspectives.
The Progress Dashboard header features two persistent charts: a half-donut visualization showing total opportunities or accounts split between "Qualified" (resources passing automation trigger conditions) and "Not Qualified" segments, and a secondary overlaying donut chart that breaks down qualified resources by their submission status: "Submitted," "Not Submitted," and "Excluded." If applicable, a separate pie chart dedicated to "Qualified, but Not Submitted" opportunities provides an analysis of the reasons why qualified resources haven't been submitted, including categories such as "No Qualified Contacts," "Prevented by Collector Settings," "Failed Product Conditions," "Invalid Owner," "Invalid Sender," "Invalid Account," and "Others."
The Progress Dashboard is organized into five distinct breakdown sections accessible through tabbed navigation:
- The Summary section features two primary analytical components: an Opportunities by Submission Status pie chart visualization that displays the overall distribution of opportunities across submission categories (Not Qualified, Submitted, Not Submitted, Excluded) with color-coded segments and hover tooltips showing exact counts and percentages, and a comprehensive statistical analysis table with switchable dimensional tabs. For opportunities, the Outcome Type tab breaks down statistics across "Wins," "Losses," and "No Decisions" outcomes, while the Opportunity Type tab analyzes data by deal classifications including "Renewal," "New Business," "Add-on," and "Upsell." For accounts, the Account Size tab segments data by configurable revenue boundaries into "Small," "Medium," and "Large" categories with adjustable thresholds via dropdown range controls. Export functionality provides downloadable Excel reports with detailed breakdowns across all dimensions.
- The Opportunities/Accounts section displays a comprehensive table showing individual resources with detailed progress tracking, including submission status, contact information, outreach attempts, and automated campaign results. Users can drill down from summary statistics to view the complete list of opportunities or accounts within specific categories.
- The Contacts section presents a detailed contact-level analysis showing all individuals involved in feedback campaigns across submitted opportunities, including contact information, engagement status, outreach attempt history, and response tracking for comprehensive contact-based performance analysis.
- The Sales Reps section provides an owner-centric breakdown table displaying performance metrics by sales representative, including total resource counts, submission statistics (Submitted, Not Submitted, Qualified, Not Qualified, Excluded), percentage calculations for each category, and total reminder counts, enabling management visibility into individual representative performance across feedback collection campaigns.
- The Reminders section offers a comprehensive view of automated reminder campaigns with detailed tracking of reminder schedules, delivery status, engagement rates, and follow-up sequences, helping teams monitor and optimize their automated outreach cadences for improved response rates.
