This release includes several enhancements and bug fixes for TruVoice:
- Enhancements:
- Added a ‘Approve Interview’ label to the column in Feedback Profiles.
- Updated the collectors to allow users with specific rights to access the Collector module
- Added ability to merge No Decision data with Loss data in Driver Insights for customers who do not consider the two as separate aggregations
- Improved support for Customer Success data aggregation via augmentation of existing user roles + the addition of a new role:
- The former “Account Manager” role has been renamed to “Customer Success Representative”
- The former “Customer Success” role has been renamed to “Customer Success Manager”
- A new role for “Customer Success Leader” has been added
- Team-based hierarchies leveraging these three roles can now be created and used in downstream aggregations and filtering, including Performance Monitor and Criteria Performance Dashlets
- Fixes:
- Fixed an issue with custom fields not displaying the list options for a multi-select or single-select custom fields.
- Survey Builder:
- Fixed an issue with answer options not appearing even with the correct display conditions for a specific program.
- Fixed an issue with the custom client name is not appearing correctly for a program.
- Fixed an issue with editing the KPI statements in dynamic content.
- Fixed an Issue with the sorting functionality not working in Feedback Profiles for the ‘Latest Feedback’ column.
- Sample Status:
- Fixed an issue where the horizontal scroll bar did not work when viewing a contact’s history.
- Fixed an issue with the date and time tokens not populating correctly.
- Fixed an issue with the date selector not showing for the outside email disposition.
- Resolved issue with competitor strengths & weaknesses failing to export from Battlecards
- Fixed an issue preventing certain data changes from saving under certain circumstances in User Management
- Fixed an issue causing required questions not to populate correctly in the Interview tool under certain circumstances
- Resolved data mapping conflicts for Discovery Sessions
- Resolved issue preventing publication of profiles that contain AI-generated insights
- Fixed an issue preventing new user accounts from being created under certain circumstances with enhanced email address validation
- Resolved an issue with profile restrictions not applying properly under certain circumstances
- Fixed an issue preventing a Custom Dashlet from populating correctly under certain circumstances
