This release includes several enhancements and bug fixes for TruVoice:

• Enhancements:
  • Improved workflow for Discovery Transcription process
  • Improved handling of publish notification subscription configuration and delivery
  • Responses Module:
    • Updated stacked bar chart tooltips to display answer text.
    • A modal now appears for stacked bar charts when selecting the answer list or answer segments.
    • Updated the export file for matrix question types to display all response labels with their corresponding aggregate counts.
• Fixes:
  • Fixed an issue with saved filters not updating with newly created “Tag” filter options.
  • Fixed an issue with Tenscon users appearing in add/edit opportunity for all new programs.
  • Fixed an issue with the Responses module displaying HTML code in a custom matrix question for a program.
  • Fixed an issue in Survey Builder when attempting to setup a display condition with the “Strongest Competitor” question.
  • Fixed an issue with the Automated Alerts being sent to users who are disabled.
  • Fixed an issue with a duplicate answer answer appearing in the “Responses” module for a program.
  • Fixed an issue with the “Most Important Criteria” dashlet not loading on the default dashboards.
  • Fixed an issue with the “Ranking” survey questions types for program displaying the incorrect ranking order.
  • Fixed an issue with the “Feedback Success” dashlet not working correctly with filters applied.
  • Fixed an API error preventing insights from being modified via the Insights module
  • Fixed an issue preventing certain users from viewing Discovery Session content under certain circumstances
