What is it?
The Performance Monitor dashlet in TruVoice provides real-time monitoring of performance metrics, allowing users to track ongoing performance compared to the company average or a subset of representatives. It enables continuous tracking and improvement of performance metrics.

Navigation
The Performance Monitor dashlet is found on the Role-based Dashboard homepage, if prescribed to that role, or manually added.
Competency:
The competency column displays all the selected competencies to be monitored. Clicking on the competency takes the user to the associated competency page including performance and coaching content
Avg. Rating:
This column displays the average score for this competency across the entire org or for the selected rep.
vs (competitor name) Avg:
This column shows, for each competency, how the rep or org compares to the selected client. The client to compare to is selected from within the dashlet settings by going to the ellipsis in the top right of the dashlet.
Display Selection:
Choose between "Ranking" and "Over Time" views using the option in the top right of the dashlet. The ellipsis will open up the settings and from there you will be able to view and change options.
Comparison Settings:
Go to the ellipsis and to click "Edit". Scroll to Comparison Settings to compare performance against organizational averages or specific competitors. Select the drop down and pick the competitor you are interested in.
Rep Selection:
Set up performance monitoring for individual reps or groups of reps by selecting the drop down and pick the reps you are interested in.
Competency Selection:
Go to the ellipsis and to click "Edit". Scroll to Show Competency and choose which competencies to monitor, organized by primary drivers such as sales, solution, and company.
Coaching Content and Role Play Configuration:
You can also configure the Performance Monitor to display Coaching and Role Play training content to provide competency development and remediation.
Go to the ellipsis and to click "Edit". Scroll to the bottom. Toggle either Coaching or Role Play options and the menu will extend from there.
Here you can enter an estimate time for the content or role play. You can also customize the text to display or it will default to the name of the competency. The tool will also default to direct the user to the associated content within TruVoice but you also have the option to take the user outside of TruVoice to an external destination by selecting the aligned radio button and entering the web address.
Threshold Configuration:
Set health thresholds for when scores for the above competency drop below a particular level. This will default to the Dynamic setting which means if the competency is below that of org average then the help link will display. You can also set manual thresholds by selecting the option below and then choose the level (1-7) where you would like to set the level.
