What is TruSales?

TruSales facilitates the connection between your CRM and TruVoice to automatically trigger and monitor feedback requests to your opportunities and contacts.

Logging In to TruSales

When you first log into TruSales you will need to authorize TruSales to connect to your Salesforce account. This step will only need to be completed once, and only takes a few seconds to complete.

Either login by clicking this link: https://trusales.primary-intel.com/signin

Or, click the TruSales link in the email your Administrator sent to you.

When the TruSales login screen finishes loading, click the “Login with salesforce” button.

When the Salesforce login window appears enter your Salesforce login credentials and click the “Log In” button.

If your organization uses SSO (single sign-on), you may need to click the “Use Custom Domain” option.

NOTE: Make sure you do not have any pop-up blockers enabled as they may block this Salesforce window from appearing.

After clicking the “Use Custom Domain” option the screen will change and allow you to type in your organization’s Salesforce domain. Enter your organization’s Salesforce domain and click “Continue”.

Salesforce will ask you if you will “Allow” access, which means connecting your TruSales account with your Salesforce account. This step is necessary and has been reviewed and vetted by your organization’s security team.

After clicking “Allow”, you will be taken to your Feedback dashboard in TruSales.

Congratulations! Your TruSales account is now setup. Bookmark the TruSales link for easy access later.
