Managing Email Outreach in TruSales

In your TruSales dashboard you can see the outreach progress for each of your opportunities and contacts and manage that outreach as needed.

Managing Email Outreach

When you move your mouse over a contact, the contact options button will appear for that contact. Clicking this button displays the options available for that contact:

  • The “Cancel Outreach” option allows you to terminate all additional feedback requests for that contact.
  • The “Pause Outreach” option allows you to pause outreach to the contact and resume the outreach at a later date.
  • The “Email Outreach Plan” option will display the email outreach plan for the contact, including when each request for feedback will be emailed to the contact
  • The “Change Sender” option allows you to change who the email requests will come from
